Information collected
When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, age, gender, email address, phone number, location, body measurements, health goals, health concerns and lifestyle details.
The BMI calculator processes your calculation locally in your browser. That value is not transmitted anywhere on its own.
How your information is used
Your details are used solely to assess your nutritional needs, prepare your personalised plan, and communicate with you about your consultation and follow-ups.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use your health details for advertising.
Storage and security
Information is kept only as long as needed to provide your consultation and reasonable continuity of care, and is stored using access-controlled tools.
No online transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but access is limited to Ruza and anyone strictly required to support your care.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing balancedbitess@gmail.com.
You can withdraw consent for future communication at any time.
