Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
Please read and understand these terms, client guidelines, and refund policies before enrolling in a Diet by Ruza nutrition programme.
1. Services Included in Your Programme
Your selected nutrition package (3-Month, 6-Month, or 1-Year) includes personalised nutrition support throughout the agreed package period.
Services include: (a) Detailed Information Collection & Assessment (initial intake session to understand your health, lifestyle, food habits, preferences, and goals); (b) Nutritional Assessment of individual needs; (c) Individualised Nutrition Counselling; (d) Personalised Menu & Meal Planning using practical, home-based foods; (e) Diet Chart Updates When Necessary; (f) Regular Plan Evaluation & Modifications; (g) Daily food intake check-ins through WhatsApp/Viber; and (h) Ongoing dietitian guidance.
2. Client Responsibility & Communication
Clients are expected to share their daily food details through WhatsApp/Viber as part of their ongoing guidance.
Daily updates are essential for reviewing eating patterns, troubleshooting challenges, and providing appropriate feedback and timely guidance.
If daily food updates are not provided, we may not be able to review your intake or provide timely feedback.
If you are unable to send an update on a particular day due to a genuine reason (e.g. travel, illness, family emergency), please inform us when possible so that schedules can be adjusted.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The package fee is for the personalised professional nutrition services provided during your selected package period.
Once the programme has started and personalised services or meal plans have been provided, the package fee is strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT normally be provided if a client: (a) chooses not to follow the recommended nutrition plan; (b) does not achieve their expected results; (c) stops responding or becomes inactive; (d) does not provide requested updates; (e) decides not to continue the programme; or (f) changes their mind after enrollment or after receiving their personalised diet plan.
4. Temporary Pause Policy
If you experience an unavoidable personal circumstance, severe medical emergency, or unexpected life disruption and need to temporarily pause the programme, please contact us as soon as possible.
A temporary pause of your package duration may be considered and granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. International Client Pricing
International package pricing applies to any client residing outside Nepal, regardless of nationality.
Nutrition planning for clients living outside Nepal requires additional consideration due to differences in food availability, lifestyle, cultural eating patterns, local food choices, portion sizes, and time zones.
Meal plans for clients abroad require additional research, customisation, and adjustments to ensure recommendations are practical, culturally appropriate, accessible, and suitable for the client's location and local supermarkets.
6. Medical & Outcome Disclaimers
Dietary plans and counselling provided by Diet by Ruza do not constitute medical diagnosis or prescribe medical treatments. Clients with medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, thyroid disorders) should continue under the care of their physician.
Individual health, body composition, and weight management outcomes vary based on adherence, metabolic profile, activity level, sleep, and genetics. No specific medical cure or exact numeric weight outcome is guaranteed.
